Today's featured puzzle is from Syracuse, NY, and is another one I hope to be able to log as found some day, as it is just up the road.
From the cache page you can access a fun bookmark of the same name, which features a variety of license plate caches, both foreign and domestic. I've solved almost all of the domestic ones, but there are a couple that still have me puzzled.
