The State of Quilting - 1/25/11

Most of us have other hobbies we enjoy in addition to geocaching, so I thought it would be fun to see how some puzzle makers incorporate their other hobbies into their puzzles.  I am also a quilter, so let's start there with this Minnesota puzzle.
