Where in the World?? - 1/10/11

Today's featured puzzle from Arizona features one of the most unusual flags I've ever seen.  Enjoy the puzzle and your Monday.

    Glad you're giving the puzzle a shot. Sorry, but no solving hints will be given here for specific puzzles. Some cache owners could be upset by that. Try some different things and see what you can come up with, and perhaps ask the cache owner for a hint. Some will be happy to help you along (others, not so much). Most of all, keep it fun.
