Allendorf? - 3/10/11

Today's featured New York puzzle asks us to decode an Allendorf cipher, and the cache owner is kind enough to provide out-of-towners with a photo of the required information.  Give this one a try.

    Interesting.... never heard of this as an "Allendorf" Cipher, I've always seen "Ottendorf." Both words turn up the right info on google though... I wonder when the term split?
