And the Winner is ... 5/29/11

Today's puzzle from the Rochester, NY area was meant to be part of a contest between cachers in two cities ... one puzzle each in Rochester and Syracuse.  Unfortunately at that time there weren't too many puzzlers in the Syracuse area to take part.  So, in this case:

Rochester Wins!
