Alphabet Soup - 9/22/11

I recently enjoyed finding an Alphabet Soup challenge cache, in which I had to have found a New York cache starting with every letter of the alphabet ... U and X were the last two I logged.  In honor of that fun find, I bring you from Washington state an alphabet soup cache with a puzzle, not a challenge:
