Today's puzzle from Massachusetts is from a series with such an unusual name, I just had to see what it was all about. The CO writes: "Don't you just love those puzzles that THROW UP a pile of letters and numbers, and you have to find some solution obfuscated in a heap of bile? Yeah, us too. We decided to add to this class of mental torture." Thus:
