Cold Moon - 3/4/12

It's fun to see what themes a puzzle series can be built around.  Today's puzzle from central NY is the first in a series where each cache is to be published on the date of a full moon.  January brings us the:

COLD MOON CACHE

Tomorrow we'll head to another moon-related series in California.
