Tax Day Cache - 4/17/12

 Usually, "Tax Day" is April 15th, but due to falling on a Sunday and Monday being the legal holiday  "Emancipation Day" in Washington, D.C., this year it falls today.  Note that today's puzzle from Washington state offers a nice annual prize rather than just the traditional FTF incentive.  I can certainly understand why an accountant would place a:
