In the middle of the Speedway?! - 6/6/12

A reader sent me this Florida puzzle, for which the posted coordinates are in a fun and unexpected location.  If folks would like to send me some more unique "unexpected" location puzzles, I'll post them here. (Contact me through geocaching.com; I cache as part of teamajk).  For today enjoy:
