Today's California puzzle is of a type I featured a couple of months ago, but this one is unique and fun for a couple of reasons. One reason is that the CO has invited any interested cachers to use this exact same puzzle for their own hides (you'll see how this is possible when you read the listing) and the other ... well, to discover that one you'll have to solve:
