I think today's California puzzle references the signature phrase of a different celebrity, but my first thought was of a certain band leader who would have turned 110 earlier this week, and whose music continues to entertain on PBS. I can remember sitting around watching Lawrence Welk with my grandmother and parents, and when my daughter was young she enjoyed watching the costumes and dancing from back in the day.
