Grand Theft Puzzlery - 8/5/13

The CO of today's Illinois cache was inspired by a puzzle seen on vacation (or, "cachecation," as it says in the description), and created a version back at home.  I love the way the CO gives proper credit to the original puzzle maker instead of committing:
