Noel Enigma - 12/5/13

Christmas is coming, so I thought a good puzzle for today would be this one, from Colorado:

*Note:  This puzzle had the wrong link, so I've updated it.  The other one was a perfectly nice puzzle, (I'm planning to feature it later in the month) but it's not the one I'd meant to share for today.

Tomorrow we'll make our first virtual visit to China.
