Pie and Cake for your Thanksgiving Table - 11/27/14

Today I wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving with a trio of Thanksgiving-related puzzles, from California, Latvia, and Florida respectively.  The Latvia one is the first in a series of "Thanksgiving" puzzles:
