Puzzled in Oregon - 12/9/15

The other day I happened to come across a new 40 puzzle series (with some nice geo-art!) in Oregon.   I'm going to have some fun working on these, since they are inspired by the same series by sujojeepers that also inspired a group of us to put out our own cipher series here in NY.  It all starts here:
