Beer Flight - 1/28/16

Today's puzzle takes us to California.  I've had several lunches with cachers over the last year at the Ithaca Beer Company (one of them was a huge fan of their Cheddar Beer Soup).  I've never been much of a beer drinker ... and am far from a connoisseur.  Until I'd been in there I don't think I'd ever even seen a:
