I know that I first looked at today's Maryland puzzle several years ago, but I can't remember if I stumbled across it due to my interest in all things Escher, or whether someone recommended it to me. I would be willing to bet it was a recommendation, as I thoroughly enjoyed sorting it out earlier this week. I may even have to get myself a copy of:
