Seis de Mayo - 5/6/17

Today's puzzle takes us to Canada's Ontario province.  I heard from someone yesterday who was surprised that I hadn't featured a puzzle with a Cinco de Mayo theme, as I have several times in the past.  Since I always aim to please here at GPOTD, I decided not to wait a whole year before rectifying that.  Even though it's a day late:
