Today's puzzle is located in France (which turns out to be a little ironic). I came across an article the other day which said that after August 21, 2017, the iconic "bongs" of London's Big Ben will be silent for the next four years, except on special occasions. I hope the necessary repairs to its tower will allow it to keep going for a long time. Three cheers for:
