Dragonfly Scroll - 9/1/17

It's the Friday edition for Geocaching Puzzle of the Day, which often means something nice and juicy for you to dig your teeth into. Guest puzzle-picker fastflyer has definitely come through for us.  Here is what he writes about today's puzzle:

"Today's selection was created by snapplez. He was among the earliest pioneers in this game and only created a few geocachers, designating each as "a snappelz geocaching adventure". Editor's note ... I have to put a disclaimer on this one as I haven't had time to go through it yet.  I've enjoyed all of fastflyer's other suggestions, though, so I'm confident this one will not disappoint.
