I can't believe it's October 1st already.  Where does the time go??  With today's puzzle we return to the series of logical puzzles in France that I've found very entertaining.  Despite the similarities there are always differences that provide an interesting mental workout.  This particular one will have you accentuating the positives ... and the negatives:
