Snowflakes are Falling - 11/17/18

I'm not sure if I've ever had to be out shoveling snow before Thanksgiving.  The weather forecast was for 10 inches, and we got 9.5, so I'd say that was a pretty precise prediction.  Today's puzzle takes us to Massachusetts.  One thing I'll say for this weather ... there's no better time for puzzling than when:
