Easy/hard - 3/19/19

Ol'Fogie has taken the wheel for me this week. Here's where he's taking us today:

An easy/hard cache
Jim Croce as one of the great American songwriters whose life was tragically
cut short. Today’s Kentucky puzzle features a Croce classic. I truly enjoyed
solving this one and hopefully can get to GZ soon to actually score the smiley.
