50,000 Reasons to Celebrate - 7/13/20

I hope you'll join me in wishing my good friend CaptainMath congratulations on recently reaching 50,000 finds.  I put together a puzzle in honor of  what was then the upcoming occasion, and conspired with a Pennsylvania cacher in his area to place the associated cache for him to find:
