A Harder Puzzle Cache - 9/8/20

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend.  As I have for the last several years, I spent a good portion of it working on puzzles in Mark Halpin's Labor Day Extravaganza with some friends.  It was very challenging, but a ton of fun.  Today's puzzle takes us to Australia, where the CO was visiting.  While there he placed both an easier and:
