Happy Groundhog Day! With the big weathermaker that's making such a mess of things I'd say there are a lot of states that are in a "state of confusion" today. So I figured it would be a good time to pay a visit to a North Carolina series that was recommended to me recently. I'm sure I'll be looking at more of them in the coming days. Today let's try:
