Today's puzzle takes us to Minnesota. If you've followed this blog for long, you'll know that our family are big Minnesota Vikings fans. During the other night's (terrible) game in Green Bay, there was a lot of footage shown in memory of John Madden, who passed away last week. I wasn't following the game much during his coaching days, and never played the video game that bears his name, but I remember watching many, many games that he announced (including more than one featuring a multi-legged Thanksgiving turkey). In one way or another, he participated in some of:
*We saw a version of one of these plays (Madden was on the sidelines for the original) in the game the other night! And please don't mention one of the others ... we still call it "Day of Doom" around here.
