GCA - 9/22/22

Today's puzzle takes us to West Virginia.  For some reason I hadn't noticed that we were getting close to having used up all of the GC codes beginning with "GC9," so seeing the first ones pop up recently with the GCA prefix caught me by surprise.  Here's one of the earliest puzzle caches to get published with that prefix.  It's:
