Dammit, (again) Jim! - 2/1/18

Today's puzzle takes us to Washington state.  Way back in  in a blog post  in 2012, I mentioned this t-shirt.
It has long been a mainstay of my husband's wardrobe, so much so that for Christmas this year he received a 3rd iteration (#2 being rather faded and about ready for the rag bag).  In honor of the man on the receiving end of these oft-quoted zingers:
