Groundhog Day - 2/2/18

It's Groundhog Day again, and today's puzzle takes us to California.  I'm hoping the little furry guy predicts an early spring, but I won't hold my breath.  At least our days are finally getting noticeably longer.  I was coming home from work at 5:30 the other day, and could still:
