Exam Time - 12/13/15

For most of us on the college calendar it's exam time right about now.  I recently came across a Minnesota series devoted to some rather bizarre college course offerings.  Only one of the series is listed as a puzzle cache, but it brought me a laugh and got me looking at the CO's traditional caches to read the descriptions of these courses:
