Snow Over Vegas - 3/2/19

I was amused by the photographs of Las Vegas during a recent, very unusual, snowfall.

I'm certainly glad I hadn't planned a winter getaway there during all of that.  We get enough of it here at home.  This Nevada puzzle from 2005 was passed along to me a while back, so let's make our own visit there today:
