Tax Day? - 4/15/11

Today is usually federal tax day, but this year we get an extension until April 18th because of a holiday today in Washington, D.C.   Some people do taxes for a living, but I never thought I'd be doing a tax return for fun, which is what today's featured Massachusetts puzzle requires.  Will your calculations be on the spot?
