I recently found an expanded version of a tool I presented way back in January ... this one has the capability to go all the way up to base 64, and handles very large numbers more accurately than some of the other online converters.

A Columbus Cache - 10/11/11

In honor of Columbus Day, which was yesterday, I thought I'd feature a puzzle about Christopher Columbus.
