I admit that I don't really follow soccer, but I do take notice whenever the world cup comes around. Here's a puzzle in honor of the U.S. women's team returning to the semi-finals this week. From Canada:

I guess it depends on the dog - 6/26/19
Today's puzzle takes us over to western New York. Our little pooch has a pretty easy and happy existence, especially since he's been getting walked for up to an hour a day since I've been off for the summer. In between walks you'll often find him sacked out on the couch flat on his back with all four paws in the air, snoring blissfully. But I don't think that's what they mean when they coined the expression:

Ex Libris Stumpwater - 6/25/19
Yesterday's North Carolina cache was a tribute to a CO whose puzzles I remember featuring quite a while ago (there were a whole week of them starting 1/5/13 if you want to check them out). I know that I had really enjoyed his work at the time so I decided to go back and see if there were some others that might be fun to play with. Here's one I came across:

Yard Work - 6/23/19
Today's puzzle takes us to the UK. Our weather has not been very summery so far. Temperatures have been below normal and we've had a ton of rain. The grass has sure been growing, though, which means it needs regular mowing even though the ground is really too wet for it. Our backyard is quite squishy. Fortunately the wind hasn't been that bad, so we haven't had to go around and:

Bucket of Rocks - 6/20/19
Today's puzzle takes us to Massachusets, which I'm pretty sure is the home base for an online puzzle hunt called Puzzle Potluck 2, which I had a lot of fun working through for a few days this week with a couple of other puzzle cachers. There's still time to give it a try if you're interested; we found it a lot of fun. I don't get to do as much group solving as I'd like, and it's amazing how much more progress you can make when you're able to bounce ideas off of others. I will admit I was feeling pretty rusty when we first started out ... I was glad I finally got my mojo going a little bit because at the beginning my brain was basically a:

Just up the Highway - 6/17/19
I took a little ride up to Rochester this weekend. I used to go there regularly for puzzle runs, but it's been quite a while. I need to get back up there again and make a dent in my solved puzzles pile. This one I'm sharing with you today is one I did make the find for quite a while back. It's part of a fun series that I highly recommend if you haven't looked at them. Take a ride on:

'Til the Cows Come Home - 6/15/19
I was flipping channels the other night while awaiting the results of the Blue's game (I didn't want to watch lest I jinx them, since I hadn't been watching regularly so far ... I know it doesn't make sense, but that's the way my brain was working) and came across a show on the History channel about competitive butchering. It's even called "The Butcher," so it shouldn't be hard to find if you wanted to check it out. My maternal grandfather was a meat inspector and my mom worked in the meat department for a while and once or twice tried to teach me about looking at the cuts of meat to be sure I was getting what I was paying for. She said if you knew what to look for you could even occasionally find a better piece of meat labeled as a cheaper one. Those lessons never really took, and I don't think I'd put much thought into everything that's involved in the whole meat packing process. But it did get me thinking about a California puzzle I'd seen a while back that I could share with you today. Now you can be:

Well it's Flag Day so I thought it would be appropriate to pay a visit to a themed cache. Little did I know, there's an Ohio geo-art with the theme "Flag Day in Flag City." I chose one of them to share with you today, and if you like it there are a bunch more that go with it:

Let's go Blues! - 6/13/19

Where was it? - 6/12/19
I was looking back at some previously solved puzzles and came across this one from California. I found it pretty ironic that even though I had suggested the puzzle to the CO, I couldn't remember how it worked. Fortunately, with a little homework I was able to sort it out:

A Big Adventure - 6/11/19
I've been considering traveling back out to the San Francisco Bay area again later this summer, and decided to start figuring out what puzzles I had solved and which other ones I wanted to work on before heading out on another fun puzzling adventure out there. There were several more of the FF10K series that I hadn't done, and this one seemed like the perfect place to start:

G.O.T. Geeks Only - 6/10/19
Today we travel to a series of caches in Belgium. What are we Game of Thrones fans to do while we wait around for the books to come out, now that the television series is finished? A G.O.T.-themed geo-art is just the ticket. I had fun going through these last night, and got through them all except for a couple that I couldn't figure out the Dutch equivalent of the answer. I thought I knew my G.O.T. pretty well, but I admit that I did have to look up a few. The real fun got to be seeing whether I could figure out the question without translating from the Dutch. ;) This one was probably my favorite:
