Listening in the Night - 2/22/13

Today's North Carolina puzzle reminded me of growing up in Tennessee and occasionaly spinning the AM dial on my radio on Sunday nights and being surprised at picking up stations from places like Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Have some fun:
