In the U.S. most of us will be turning our clocks back today, and while I'll admit that I do like the extra hour of sleep, I find the Fall time change tough because I really hate losing the daylight at the end of the day. For someone who doesn't really spend much time in the kitchen, I certainly seem to watch a lot of baking shows this time of year. In addition to a couple different shows on the Food network I am enjoying the new episodes of the Great British Baking show, and recently discovered the spinoff Holiday-themed show with American contestants who travel to the UK to compete in the famous tent.
