The Great Pumpkin - 10/26/20

I read the other day that this will be the first year that "It's the Great Pumpkin, CharlieBrown" will not be broadcast on regular television (apparently it will be available for streaming somewhere). So I'll do double duty here with two such themed puzzle.  This one, from Vermont, I featured way back in 2011:
