Three-in-one - 8/22/19

In early 2013 I featured a memorable puzzle which actually turned out to be three puzzles in one.  With this very unique puzzle, if you have trouble confirming the answer to:

you may have actually solved:

    Is the puzzle picture supposed to be the same for all three puzzles?
